Sorry for the late update, but I was out of town visiting family and couldn't weigh-in on Saturday. So, this morning I stepped on the scale and guess what happened:
I GAINED WEIGHT. :(
I'm not really that surprised. I was hoping it would only be a pound or so, but you guys, I weighed in at 193.4. (Last week I was at 191!). I'm totally annoyed at myself for not having more control while away from home. While we were visiting family, I put my manners first and ate what was put in front of me at all times. I was careful with portions, but that obviously didn't help much.
As for workouts, I fit in all of my cardio and strength training before we left. I wasn't able to bring my Fitbit along, as I didn't have a computer to charge it with. So, I have no idea if I hit my step count everyday.
I'm calling this past week a wash, but I'm moving forward already. I'm about to head out on a long walk with my dogs, then off to the gym to fit in my workout for the day. I've got my Fitbit on and MyFitnessPal ready to go. It's time to get back on track!
